succession planning of leaders, resolving issues, implementing initiatives that advance organizational
culture, and making a positive impact in the workplace.
As the key Senior Human Resources leader at my organization, I am responsible for improving the
efficiency and performance of the Seattle Division, headquartered in Auburn, Washington, where I
oversee that distribution center, and remotely oversee distribution centers in Spokane and Anchorage, in
addition to manufacturing plants for milk, ice cream, and beverages in Bellevue. Prior to joining the
Seattle Division, I started my Human Resources career as HR Specialist at Albertsons North Salt Lake
Distribution Center and have worked my way up.
