As far as I can tell, Associa has devastated PCM with their acquisition and archaic systems and procedures. We only just were able to sign off on the April financials, our website migration has made no progress whatsoever, they have no technology for complaint tracking, asset management, forms processing and their manual processes are cumbersome in the field (though I suspect designed for the comfort and efficiency in the home office in Dallas. Normally I would advise that you make sure you put performance deliverables in your contract, but we did that and Associa lied and fabricated their responses. They know how difficult it is to switch to a new management company and realize that they can just keep taking our money until the pain becomes intolerable. I was hopeful that they were trying to improve, but I have seen no progress towards improvement for the past six months.”
